As a valued customer and partner of Managed Integrity Evaluation (Pty) Ltd (“MIE”), you are no doubt aware that as an organisation we have evolved over the years into a successful business providing a suite of verification and human capital assessment solutions to customers across the continent.

In this regard, we would like to draw your attention to a recent SENS announcement regarding the sale of the following Information Services companies to Bachique842 Proprietary Limited. Bachique 842 is a South African-registered company wholly owned by LR Africa Holdings, which in turn is advised by Lightrock, a global private equity platform backed by LGT, an international private banking and asset management group.  (“thePurchaser”):

  • Hoonar Tekwurks Consulting South Africa Proprietary Limited (“HTCSA”)
  • Managed Integrity Evaluation Proprietary Limited (“MIE”)
  • Xpert Decision Systems Proprietary Limited (“XDS”) and
  • Zenaptix Proprietary Limited (“Zenaptix”)

The detailed SENS announcement can be viewed here.

The transaction is in line with the purchaser’s strategic intent of acquiring high-growth, scalable businesses as well as in line with the leadership’s desire for future growth, building out more diversified solutions and further expansion of its international footprint. Notwithstanding this change of ownership, our service, and commitments we have made to you as a valued customer and partner remain and will become even more focused. We look forward to a continued and mutually beneficial relationship. Please feel free to contact me for any questions or clarifications you require with regards to this transaction.

We would also like to acknowledge EOH for their support and guidance over the years and wish them well in their future journey.
