As a fully online electronic service, MIE offers an always-up real-time ability to its clients and agents to request and track background screening orders from anywhere in the world, at anytime.

Whether for pre- or post-employment reasons, fraud investigations, or migration requirements, agents can access a variety of intuitive systems via unique User ID’s and passwords, capture requests for verification depending on the specific requirement, attach critical documentation, and even electronically scan candidate fingerprints.

One of MIE’s revolutionary products will even allow you to do this in an entirely offline manner, without the need for always-up broadband connectivity. Capture background screening orders at remote locations anywhere in the world, and transmit as background request at your leisure.

Users of any MIE system can track the progress of all background screening orders for which they are authorized. Background screening results can be forwarded in any one of several formats, including PDF documents, XML documents, batched files, HTML pages, and several others. Strict routing rules are applied that forward results only to authorized viewers.

Several reports are freely available to all registered users, including itemized usage and billing reports by several criteria and cost centers.
