Integration

ePCV is an electronic integration layer that allows our clients to both capture online inquiries in an extremely efficient manner, and to view the verification progress of their own inquiries.ePCV is MIE’s window to the technological world, and was constructed with high-tech building blocks called HTTP:SOAP Web Services.

Each of these building blocks performs a different task, like viewing organizational structure as defined by MIE, requesting a list of the different verification types available, capturing an Inquiry, viewing a list of outstanding Inquiries, viewing a Result, etc.

Web Services are easily attached by your own systems, and allow you to submit Inquiries, respond to additional requests, review screening results and administer your user base and organizational structure from within the confines of your well-known processes.

ePCV can be accessed from any system, anywhere, since it relies on the Internet to communicate, and the building blocks conform to internationally recognized information interchange standards, and do not require specialized environments to “see” them.

In fact, MIE’s own SmartScreen application and the company's commercial web site both use ePCV to transact their business, and are good examples of the seamless integration to MIE’s back office systems.
